John Hahn is by far the best Mercedes Benz technician I have ever met. He does a fantastic job working on my cars and I go completely out of my way to make sure that he performs all of the service required. Klaus Laetch is my favorite sales consultant at this dealership and is also a great guy. I try and refer all of my friends and family to him because he takes care of them and does not pressure them to buy.

It was a very good experience on my first visit to Valley Motor Company. They inspected my car from top to bottom and were very efficient and professional in taking care of work that my Mercedes needed done. Don Phillips was great and explained everything in detail.
